Q: How long will it take to get my item after purchase?

A: Current processing times may take up to 10 business days after purchase, not including legal holidays. This excludes custom work and digital items. All items include tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking link when your item is shipped and when it is delivered. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: YES! My shop is available for worldwide shipping. I know it can be frustrating how expensive shipping prices can be overseas, and I'm working to find out if there is any way to decrease it. However, at this time I have no control over the cost. When you input your address, shipping prices are quoted directly from the carrier based on your location and items in your cart. 

Q: The item I want is out of stock. Can I get on a waiting list?

A: Be the first to know when an item restocks by visiting the product page and clicking "Email When Available". As soon as it restocks, you will receive an email notification! You can also subscribe to our Newsletter to find out about updates and promotions HERE

Q: Do you do custom jewelry orders?

A: I DO NOT currently do custom jewelry orders for individual pieces. However, I DO accept custom “bulk” orders. I can not guarantee that I will be able to accept your custom jewelry request, but if you would like to make a bulk order please message me on Instagram or email me so we can talk! 

Q: Do you accept all commissions, no matter what it is?

A: No. I am more than happy to chat with you about your ideas, however I may or may not feel comfortable taking on the project. Please keep in mind, I do not do realism (realistic portraits, animal portraits, etc.).

Q: What payment methods do you accept for custom work?

A: I currently accept Venmo and PayPal as payment methods for commission work. I can also invoice you the payment amount and you can checkout with a credit card!

Q: Can I return/exchange my item?

A: Please read our Refund Policy for full and up to date information.

Q: What type of metal is used in the jewelry?

A: Our earrings are made with sterling silver plated hoops & our necklaces are made with stainless steel chain. Both are considered nickel free and hypoallergenic, but manufacturers can unfortunately label their products as nickel free with trace amounts still present (according to USA Standards) - so PLEASE keep this in mind if you have sensitive skin and test the product on your skin before attempting longer wear!
